• All sales are subject to availability and while stocks last.

• Payments must be made exclusively through Paystack during the promotional period.
• Additional charges or fees may apply depending on your selected payment method within Paystack.

Free Delivery Policy

• Free delivery is available for orders above ₦300,000.
• This offer is valid only for deliveries within Lagos State.

Refunds and Returns

• Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are eligible for returns or refunds in line with our standard return policy.
• Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original price of the item.

Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping and delivery policies apply. However, delays may occur due to high demand during the promotional period.
• Free delivery does not apply to orders below ₦300,000 or deliveries outside Lagos State.

Misuse and Abuse

• CSI Grocery reserves the right to cancel orders or deny discounts in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the promotion.

Modifications

• CSI Grocery reserves the right to modify or cancel the Black Friday promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
